A pro forma invoice will be calculated to provide you with the estimated cost of all orders. The pro forma invoice is subject to any changes in price or policies initiated by CPA Canada at its discretion. In the case of a discrepancy between the pro forma invoice and the actual invoice issued by CPA Canada, CPA Canada's invoice will be binding.
Orders containing a combination of both available and backordered products will be handled as follows:
Regular shipping orders are delivered via CanPar, which requires someone to be present to accept delivery.
Shipping and handling is calculated on regular orders in Canada* as follows:
*Outside Canada: As above, or actual cost if greater. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Express orders are shipped via courier with the associated cost, plus the following handling fee:
GST will apply to all publications, products, and services (not applicable to orders shipped outside Canada).
Effective July 1, 2010, the provincial portion of HST will apply on the full price of all publications (other than printed books), products, and services, including shipping and handling charges.
QST will apply on the full price of all publications, products, and services, including shipping and handling charges (Québec residents only).
Purchasers of books on standing order automatically receive the next edition of these publications, as well as any supplemental material that is published between editions. CPA Canada will invoice you upon shipment of the material. (Note: If a new edition is published within 45 days of purchasing the prior edition, the new edition will be supplied at no charge.)
Annual subscriptions cancelled three months after the most recent start date, or after the majority of the subscription benefit has been provided (e.g., in the case of book standing orders, the book), will not be refunded.

Due to the online availability of the course materials, no refunds will be processed once the registrant has accessed these materials.
