Special Requirements

PREREQUISITE ONLINE PRE-READING MODULE (to be completed prior to October event):

  • ONLINE MODULE 1: Background to the Canadian Securities Industry and Types of Brokerage Activities

This course assumes a certain level of knowledge and understanding of the Canadian securities industry and brokerage activities. The Online Module 1 provides a summary of this information and is a handy refresher or overview of this information. We recommend that you read through this material before coming for the course.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may cancel up to 14 calendar days prior to the event start date for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 calendar days of the event start date will be subject to a $150 administration fee (plus applicable taxes). All cancellation requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on the day prior to the event start date. Refunds are not available after that point.

The topics, program format and events are correct at the time of publishing. If unforeseen circumstances occur, CPA Canada has the right to alter or delete items from the program or cancel the event and refund all registration fees.

No handouts will be distributed onsite, conference/workshop presentations will be available online approximately 1 week prior to the conference for you to download and/or print as needed.
