Special Requirements

Participants are required to live in-residence during the course. Your accommodations will be pre-booked on your behalf by CPA Canada. Participants are responsible for settling accounts directly with the Hotel when checking out. You will be required to submit a credit card upon arrival. Late arrivals, early departures and “no shows” will be charged.

Daily Rates include: room accommodation, breakfast, lunch, continuous coffee service, internet access in guestroom and meeting room, daily housekeeping, all taxes and gratuities, Village Amenity Fee

  • Bachelor Suite - $298.16 single per person daily rate per night
  • One Bedroom Suite - $310.84 single per person daily rate per night


The Blue Mountain is located 2 hours north of Toronto International Airport.

CPA Canada has arranged for private shuttle bus transfers to Blue Mountain Resort from Sheraton Gateway Hotel, Toronto Pearson Airport.

The cost of the bus transportation to and from the course is $80.00 plus applicable taxes (non refundable). This must be paid at the time of registration. Without pre-payment you are not permitted on the bus. There will be no custom pick-up/drop-offs.

CPA Canada will be running a bus from the Sheraton Gateway Hotel (across from Terminal 3 Departures at the Pearson Airport). We will have a Hospitality Suite at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel - Meeting room: Interlaken. This room will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. for your convenience while you wait for departing coaches.

Please note that you need to check in at the Hospitality Suite when you arrive. Priority on buses is based on signing-in at the Hospitality Suite. Coaches are for participants only – all guests will have to make their own travel arrangements.

The buses will depart from the Sheraton Gateway Hotel at 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Novmeber 7, 2020. The return bus will depart at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2020.

This bus is only for participants that have purchased and paid in advance for this service.

Refund Policy

  • 30+ calendar days prior to start date: full refund available
  • 7-29 calendar days prior to start date: $300 cancellation fee and any hotel-related cancellation fees apply
  • 6 calendar days or fewer prior to start date: no refund available
