Your virtual experience will allow you to see and hear the speakers, follow the PowerPoint presentation, chat with other virtual participants, take notes and ask questions of the speakers!

In-Person Policy

• 14+ calendar days prior to start date: full refund available
• 5-13 calendar days prior to start date: $200 cancellation fee applies
• 4 calendar days or fewer prior to start date: Option to transfer to the virtual conference. No refund available

Virtual Policy

• 7+ calendar days prior to start date: Full refund available
• 3-6 calendar days prior to start date: $50 cancellation fee applies
• 2 calendar days or fewer prior to start date: No refund available

The topics, program format and events are correct at the time of publishing. If unforeseen circumstances occur, CPA Canada has the right to alter or delete items from the program or cancel the event and refund all registration fees.
