Networking Events

Sunday, September 30

Pre-Conference registration will be held in the Ballroom foyer of the Halifax Convention Centre from 12pm-4pm Sunday, September 30th and is required for all activities taking place prior to the conference. At time of registration, you will be provided with your name badge and ticket(s) which are required for access to any of the following:

Pier 21:

Step into the past and experience what it was like to immigrate to Canada through Pier 21, the entry point for one in five Canadians between 1928 and 1971. Complimentary to Conference attendees and their families with early registration. Spaces are limited.

Designated tours are scheduled at 2:00pm and 3:00pm. You may explore the exhibit at your leisure as well.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may cancel up to 14 calendar days prior to the event start date for a full refund. Cancellations received within 14 calendar days of the event start date will be subject to a $150 administration fee (plus applicable taxes). All cancellation requests must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on the day prior to the event start date. Refunds are not available after that point.
